The special aesthetic of THEA MARRE is sealed by the central building, the so-called “Fallen Tower”, a creative adaptation of the classical Maniac architectural style. As is known, the towers in Mani are vertical, with small openings (windows), for reasons of protection from enemies. However, in this particular case, an innovative and welcoming architectural choice has been applied, as the tower has been placed horizontally, thus meeting modern living needs and allowing direct access to the garden and the outside space.

This fallen tower serves as the main living space of the house, and includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. At one end of the fallen tower is the main entrance, while at the other end one can enjoy the breathtaking view from the huge openings. Essentially, it is the center of the life of the house that connects the land with the sea.

Directly above is the roof with the master bedroom, while the other three bedrooms are ‘outside’ the tower: they extend out and along the sides and up, surrounding and protecting the outside space.
